ComplyOne is now part of Vicky. The compliance-management capabilities it offered — the regulatory check, the compliance register, obligation tracking and change monitoring — are built into the Vicky platform as features. There is no separate ComplyOne product any more.

No. Vicky is a web application. You sign in from the browser — there is nothing to deploy, host or maintain.

We check every official EU and national source every day. When a law changes we create a new version rather than overwriting the old one, so you always work with the current text and can still see what it replaced.

Official legislation only: EUR-Lex and the Official Journal of the EU, national and local legal portals such as e-Sbirka and SlovLex, and regulator guidance and FAQs. Nothing is invented and nothing is assumed.

Yes. Alongside core EU regulation we cover national transpositions and local law, with particular depth in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and the wider CEE region. Additional jurisdictions and sector-specific packages can be added on request.

Vicky Assistant uses retrieval-augmented generation: it can only answer from the legislative database, and every claim links to the exact article it came from. The regulatory check runs on deterministic rules against your company profile, not on a language model, so its result is reproducible.

Always. Every assistant answer carries clickable citations that open the original legislative text. The regulatory check shows the explicit applicability conditions taken from the legislation, so you can confirm they match your business.

No. We do not train or fine-tune models on your documents, your questions or your workspace data. Your content is used only to answer you.

Encryption with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, access scoped to your workspace, a full audit trail of every action, and GDPR-compliant processing. Data is kept only while your service is active and is removed on termination or on request.

No. Your documents live in your private workspace, are referenced only in your own answers, and are never visible to other customers.

As a Limited Risk system under Article 50 (transparency obligations) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689. It is not high-risk: the administration-of-justice category applies to judicial authorities, not to private regulatory-technology tools, so a formal conformity assessment and CE marking are not legally required.

Yes. Even though it is not required at our risk level, we apply high-risk safeguards anyway: human-in-the-loop confirmation on the compliance engine, deterministic logic that cannot hallucinate an obligation, and retrieval grounding that restricts the assistant to the legislative database.

Vicky is a decision-support system, not a substitute for legal counsel. Final compliance decisions rest with your team and are recorded as your decision in the audit trail. Assistant answers should be checked against the cited source, and applicability results require human confirmation. The platform is provided as-is, without indemnity for regulatory fines arising from interpretation.

No black-box answers. The regulatory check shows the applicability conditions it derived from the legislation; the assistant shows the sources behind every statement, with links to the original text next to the chat for immediate verification.
